Our online ordering has been developed to assist you the best way possible.

Yes we know it is not the most user friendly system, but once you know how to use it... it works amazingly.  We are in the process of changing the online ordering system.

 

Email confirmation.

Many of our email confirmations are being blocked by some email servers.

Tech support has been trying to fix this for awhile.

Once you hit the Submit Order button... it will display a message... Order Confirmed, then it will show you

Assigned number which is the order number that you should refer too.  If you see this message... we always get the order immediately.  If  you do not see this message... then please call the store at 407-869-0123 and then we can look into the situation.

If you do not get an email after the site shows (order confirmed)

 

If it is Pickup then we always quote 15 minutes when it will be ready.

For delivery we always quote within a half hour to 40 minutes,

 

Specials-  Unlike many other pizza companies... we have made most every special that we have available to you online.  Our system works a little different than most.  Instead of putting in a coupon code at the checkout... we have it so you pick the special or coupon at the start and it will automatically price it out accordingly.

When you click on a special, just remember at the bottom of the page to press the (Add to the Special) button.  It will then place it in your cart.  If you click on a special that has multiple items... then it will take you to the next item after you press that button.

If you have a coupon code... simply look the the rectangular box that says (Enter coupon or promo code here)

If you see the message at the top that says (Coupon or Promo Code not found) please double check your code, if accurate the special is probably expired and you can choose another special on the site.

 

System not moving forward in the order process.  This is usually a case of some error that needs to be corrected.

A message at the top of the screen will show you what the problem is.

 

Credit Card processing-  We never store your credit card info.  Everything is encrypted and has been shown to be very safe.  Never a risk of your credit card info to be compromised from our online ordering.

 

Registering-  We have made the registration process as easy as possible.  It is immediate, you don't have to click an online verification.  When you register, it saves your past orders so you can look back and repeat if wanted.

It saves your address and name info so you don't have to keep repeating that process.

 

Special instructions for food.

If you see a text field box that allows you to type whatever you want and says Special Instructions... please do not use it.  We do not see that info very well.

We have programmed every item to have a box under that that says { Add Special Instructions} then you can pick the instructions you want and it will be displayed properly so we can make your food as you want.  If  you don't see the special instruction option that you want... then we are not able to do what you are requesting.

 

Special instructions for delivery.

When you place an order for delivery, you will see a Text field box  that says (Delivery Instructions)  please feel free to use this.

If we are delivering to a condo or an apartment.  Please list the name of it.

If we are delivering to a business.  Please list the name of the business.

If you want it delivered at a particular time, please give us a 15 minute windows in order to better take care of you.
