At Specialty Pizza we are obsessive about providing quality great tasting food
and offering great service. We are not perfect, over the last 27 years we have made mistakes. If we let you down... all we ask is give me an opportunity to fix it.
If you are referring to a particular order that you placed and you do not need immediate help... Please give us specific information. The best way to help us find your order is to look at the front edge of your pizza box and you will find a sticker. On that sticker is information, we need the date and the order number. Please refer to the picture of the sticker below for the location of that information. Please put that information in the message section.
If you do not have the sticker information... please give us as much information (example if it is a delivery, list the date, the phone number and address it was under., if it was a pickup, list the date, the name it was under. You decide what contact information you want to fill out.
